From Farm to Product
Through close collaboration among farms, preliminary processing facilities, manufacturing partners, and quality-control teams, Ely World Access helps transform Vietnamese agricultural resources into fully packaged products—including bottled, canned, boxed, and bagged goods—ready for domestic and international markets.
01. Growing Regions – The Farm
Growing regions are selected based on their natural conditions, soil quality, climate, production capacity, and potential for stable supply. This is where the flavor, nutritional value, and unique identity of each product begin.
02. Harvesting
Agricultural products are harvested at the appropriate time to ensure freshness, optimal ripeness, and raw-material quality. Careful harvesting practices help minimize damage and preserve the best natural characteristics of the produce.
03. Preliminary Processing
After harvesting, raw materials are cleaned, sorted, trimmed, separated, dried, or preserved according to the characteristics of each product. This stage removes impurities and prepares the ingredients for manufacturing.
04. Manufacturing Process
Raw materials are processed using suitable methods such as roasting, grinding, drying, pressing, concentrating, blending, filling, and sterilization. Each stage is carefully controlled to ensure product consistency, hygiene, and quality.
06. Products and Packaging
Finished products are bottled, canned, boxed, pouched, or packaged according to the requirements of each customer and target market. Packaging protects the product while also communicating the brand identity and value of Vietnamese agriculture.
05. Quality Control
Quality is monitored throughout the entire process—from incoming raw materials and manufacturing to finished products. Sensory characteristics, ingredients, specifications, and food-safety requirements are assessed before packaging.
